How does Morpheus8 work?
Morpheus8 is a fractional RF device with programmable penetration depth and energy delivery for the treatment of fine lines & wrinkles, acne scars, and general skin tone. The 24 coated pins penetrate into the subdermal tissue, coagulating the fat and contracting connective tissue and fat to tighten and rejuvenate the treating area.
The Morpheus8 delivers uniform results for all skin types without creating any thermal damage to your dermis. The innovative technology also reduces the risk of post-inflammatory hyperpigmentation, which is a side effect of some resurfacing techniques.
What are the problems of the skin on the face and body that Morpheus 8 can effectively correct?
What does the procedure involve?
PRIOR THE TREATMENT:
The doctor will review your medical history to ensure you are suitable for the treatment, medically examine treating areas to determine treatment sites and explain the procedure, aftercare, all possible complications and how to avoid them prior to the treatment
The 30-minute procedure is simple, safe and causes minimal discomfort and minimal downtime for patients in the doctor’s clinic. Numbing cream and local anesthetic injection will be applied to the treatment area for additional comfort. The 24 coated pins at the applicator will penetrate into the subdermal tissue, coagulating the fat and contracting connective tissue and fat to thighten and correct lines and wrinkles in the areas.
The Morpheus 8 skin tightening treatment can be used as a single treatment or combined with another procedure ( vampire facelift, Dermal Filler, Botulinum toxin, etc)
Patients must not touch or apply anything on the treated area for 12 hours after the injection in order to prevent infection. Specific aftercare instructions will be provided during your visit by our Clinic Coordinator
