Mesotherapy contains a cocktail of vitamins, minerals, amino acids and hyaluronic acid. It is designed to boost cell turnover, hydrate and provide essential supplements to the skin. It is delivered by a series of very superficial (barely breaking the skin), micro needling. The procedure at worst can be described as mildly uncomfortable.
Common side effects:
These typically resolve within minutes, sometimes hours and rarely days after treatment. Extremely rare side effects may include infections and ulceration.
We will use vitamin c , hyaluronic acid, stem cells and rejuvenating cocktails.
The needles, 6 mm long, allow small quantities of the pharmacological solution to be injected into the intradermal area. Intradermal administration appears much more advantageous than systemic administration since the injection allows to reach the districts with a lower dose and reduce waiting times so that the drug carries out its activity. Mesotherapy, therefore, does not require high drug concentrations, and its almost immediate action lasts for a few hours.

Mesotherapy can be used as a remedial therapy for the following:
What is aesthetic mesotherapy ?
Pharmacological effect of the solution or specific cocktail of active substances
Micro-doses of the solution activate more of the receptors in the skin
Physical stimulation from the needle
This process ensures greater diffusion which results in a longer lasting effect by using smaller quantities of substances in the right place
how does it work?
The patient is treated with drugs diluted in physiological solution and injected into the intradermal area through single injectors.
Usually, to obtain satisfactory results, 8-10 sessions of mesotherapy could be required.
Mesotherapy can be supported by complementary therapies such as lymphatic drainage, bandages, hydro massages, liposuction, thermal muds and lasers.
Here at GMPC, we will advise our patient with the best support routine to assist mesotherapy: for example, if the problem is cellulite, the subject can take substances that stimulate the microcirculation and act at the level of the vessels, increasing their resistance.
Anti Aging Injection
Many of us experience changes in our skin’s texture and condition over time. Anti-Ageing Injectable treatments allow us to address fine lines, wrinkles and loss of volume quickly and effectively.
As we get older it becomes more challenging to maintain our skin’s condition. We all notice new lines and wrinkles forming. Sun damage and other factors may also accelerate the process.
Injectable anti-aging treatments are a popular way to make big improvements to the skin around your forehead, mouth and eyes, without needing to consider invasive surgical options.
Three different types of anti-aging injectable treatment:
Wrinkle Reduction Injection work to relax the muscles that cause dynamic lines. Juvederm® fillers restore lost volume in the skin that causes static lines. Profhilo® and Volite® skin boosting injections stimulate collagen and elastin production for a longer-term improvement in volume and hydration. Our Nurse Prescribers will discuss your skin with you in order to recommend the most suitable approach to treatment.
Your Questions Answered:
How can I get rid of wrinkles?
There are a number of different treatment options. Plumping the skin from behind with filler, removing the top layers of skin with an intensive peel and relaxing overactive muscles may all be suitable approaches. The best treatment for you depends on the type of wrinkles you have. This is determined by one of our Aesthetic Nurses in a free consultation.
Can I prevent wrinkles and forehead lines?
The development of wrinkles and lines is accelerated by Sun exposure and certain lifestyle factors such as smoking. Protecting your skin against these will help slow those types of damage. Your Aesthetic Nurse may recommend skincare products with high quantities of UV protection, Vitamin A or Retinol. Lines caused by repetitive facial movements can be prevented using Wrinkle Reduction Injection.
Are Anti-Aging Injections safe?
Millions of patients have injectable treatments every year. There are very low complication rates, of around 1-3%, and most complications resolve themselves or can be rectified by a suitably qualified medic. They should only be carried out in a CQC-registered medical facility that meets stringent hygiene and safety standards.
Some injectable treatments include prescription medication and so should only be administered by a qualified nurse or doctor, following an initial consultation.
Do you offer surgical treatment of wrinkles?
Our clinic’s mission is to offer excellence in skincare. We want to make the best of your skin, using your body’s own natural processes to rejuvenate it wherever possible. We do not offer surgical facelifts or similar procedures.
